Information You Submit
A third-party provider receives the name, phone number, or address entered in a search box. Our servers do not retain a copy of those searches. If you contact us, we receive the facts included in your message and use them to answer.
Automatically Collected Data
Standard hosting logs can contain an IP address, browser type, viewed pages, and timestamps. We use aggregate patterns to maintain the service and understand page use. Cookies or comparable tools may support basic analytics and advertising measurement where used.
How the Data Is Used
Limited data supports site operation, error repair, traffic counts, and page improvement. We neither sell lists of visitors nor create individual user profiles.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links lead to Yuma County and Arizona portals, library collections, archives, and third-party search services. Information sent to those sites is governed by their policies. The same applies to sponsored results supplied by an outside company.
Service Providers and Disclosure
Hosting and support vendors process ordinary logs for us. Analytics or advertising services may receive the automatic data described above. We otherwise disclose data only when valid legal process requires it.
Safeguards and Retention
An encrypted connection protects data in transit. Logs are retained only as long as needed for the stated purposes. Because visitors do not create accounts, this service stores no visitor password or account profile.
Visitors Under 18
This service is intended for adults, not children. We do not knowingly collect a minor's personal information. Contact us if a person under 18 submitted data so it can be removed.
Your Privacy Choices
Rights to access, correct, or delete site-held personal data depend on where a visitor lives. No verified Arizona omnibus consumer-privacy deletion statute applied when this policy was prepared. We can search our contact mailbox and available logs for a request sent through the Contact page. Government records kept by Arizona, Yuma County, or San Luis remain under the custodian's control. The Arizona Public Records Law, A.R.S. ยงยง39-121 through 39-161, governs access to many such records, while other laws require confidentiality or redaction.
Policy Revisions
A revised policy will appear here. Continued use after an update indicates acceptance of the new version.
